We are seeking new sales team associates to help us continue our mission to bring comfort and joy into people's lives, and we would love for you to come grow with us.
The Details:
- We have a variety of schedules available to suit your needs. All positions include rotating Saturdays and occasional Sundays, as well as additional hours during major floral holiday times.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Possess a high school diploma (or equivalent).
- Able to speak clearly with good tone and volume, especially on the telephone
- Must have neat and legible handwriting.
- Must have basic math skills to calculate prices from price lists, for discounts or multiple items, etc.
- Must be able to read and understand policies and apply them to a variety of circumstances
- Able to type at least 15 wpm
- Able to handle customer concerns
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Related experience is a plus! .
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete sales training and evaluations
- Daily contact with customers in the store and on the telephone.
- During contact with customers, ask appropriate questions in order to suggest suitable floral/gift products
- Entering flower orders and purchases into the computer
- Wrapping and packaging floral products according to current guidelines
- Housekeeping/Maintaining displays - keeping shelves clean, dusting, sweeping floors, restocking, watering, pricing, etc., as well as cleaning other areas, when requested
- Assisting with display set-up and floral presentations
- Other duties as assigned.
