Job Duties Include:

Touring & leasing apartments while staying Fair Housing compliant and providing stellar customer service
Maintaining the high property standards and service that contribute to our industry-leading resident retention rate
Performing administrative tasks such as file maintenance
Assisting with property social media postings
Support resident relations through resident events and community engagement

Job Requirements:

Excited to learn leasing process and property management industry - even if you're just starting out
Great communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Basic computer skills including ability to utilize Microsoft Office and learn industry software
Availability to work a varied schedule including weekends during peak leasing season
Reliable transportation
