Vrinda Nexus International Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a confident and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our HR Services team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Connect with candidates through calls, WhatsApp, email & social media
* Understand career goals and recommend suitable career services
* Promote Resume, LinkedIn, Interview Preparation, Job Search & RM Services
* Convert leads into paid customers
* Follow up with digital marketing and referral leads
* Maintain lead details in CRM
* Achieve monthly sales & revenue targets
* Coordinate with operations for smooth service delivery
Requirements:
* Graduate in any discipline
* Excellent English & Hindi communication
* Punjabi is an added advantage
* Confident in phone/video conversations
* Good sales, negotiation & follow-up skills
* Comfortable with CRM, MS Office, Google Workspace & WhatsApp Business
* Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply
* Sales, HR, recruitment, education or customer service experience preferred
