| Job Description 聽 Normal schedule will be 9:30a - 6:00p Monday-Friday.聽 Subject to change depending on business needs. 聽Perform functional testing of products to support insure product quality for production shipments, warranty returns, and engineering studies. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Perform precise positioning and visual inspections of intricate parts and assemblies under microscope and other equipment. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Perform failure analysis and material investigations using laboratory equipment. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Work closely with engineers to ensure testing procedures are accurately performed. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Configure testing equipment and initiate automated test scripts using a computer interface. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Analyze test results, create test reports, and archive the test record on computer. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Interpret the unit test results, disposition unit quality (pass/fail), prepare information needed to perform repairs, and route parts to next process step. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Enter transactional job information into a computerized job scheduling/tracking system (MRP). 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Perform equipment calibrations, test standards, and archive results to monitor tester health. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Rotate to different test stations based on daily assignments. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Other duties may be assigned. 聽 |
Qualifications...
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and bill of materials.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Windows computing environment and able to use common Microsoft applications including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English language.
- Good attention to detail, and discipline to follow procedures.
- Able to independently carry out instructions and work in a team environment.
- Flexible and able to positively respond to changing priorities under schedule pressure.
- Available for additional shift coverage to support business needs (extended hours, weekends, holidays, days off).
- Able to sit and/or stand using testing and inspection equipment for extended periods of time.
- Able to lift minimum of 30 pounds occasionally.
