Supervisor Maintenance

Summary:

This role is in an industrial manufacturing setting and will be responsible for overseeing all installation, repair and upkeep of the manufacturing equipment and facilites. This role will oversee a team of maintenance staff and contractors, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and within budget.

Essential Functions:

• Ensures safe implementation of maintenance procedures
• Delegates inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
• Plans and oversees repair and installation activities
• Monitors equipment inventory and places orders when necessary
• Responsible for budget adherence and expense management
• Manages relationships with contractors and service providers
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field. May consider relevant work experience in lieu of degree
• 2+ years of maintenance supervisor experience 
• Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance principles, practices, and techniques
• Strong knowledge of PLC's, Electrical systems, Welding & Fabricating, and Hydraulics/Pneumatics
