Fabrication Staging - Helper/Apprentice
Scope of work
Applicants will be required to help offload materiel on job site and distribute to the floor/area as required. The loads will consist of ductwork; mechanical piping; HVAC equipment; ladders; scissor lifts and any/all misc. items. This is an opportunity to learn 1st聽hand about HVAC and construction from the ground up and the possibility to move up in the company.

- Wear appropriate PPE at all times on the jobsite or in the warehouse.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Prevent unsafe conditions by promptly reporting hazards, equipment issues, or unsafe practices.

Required Skills & Abilities
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry heavy materials consistently throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure accurately.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments, including construction sites and warehouses.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications聽
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Previous experience in construction and/or material handling.
- Clean Driving Record

Working Conditions
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Exposure to loud environments, heavy machinery, outdoor weather, and active construction operations.
- Open to working shift work (afternoon/overnight, etc)
- Frequent bending, lifting, climbing, and standing for long periods.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Occasionally requires overtime depending on project needs or delivery schedules.
