Supported by a close-knit crew of 2 Dentists, 1 Full-Time Hygienist, 2 Dental Assistants, an Office Manager, and a Front Desk Receptionist, our team works together in a synchronized collaborative flow to ensure a seamless patient experience.
We are looking for a friendly, compassionate, and detail-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team on Fridays!
The Role: What You'll Do
As a Part-Time Dental Hygienist, you are an essential part of our clinical hygiene department. Working directly alongside our doctors and clinical team, you will deliver top-tier preventive and periodontal care, educate patients on long-term oral health, and ensure a comfortable, positive dental experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Hygiene Care: Perform dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing (SRP).
Diagnostics & Charting: Take digital X-rays, assess oral health, and complete accurate clinical charting and documentation.
Patient Education: Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care strategies.
Advanced Therapies: Administer local anesthesia and utilize dental laser therapy during periodontal procedures to ensure optimal patient comfort.
Safety & Compliance: Maintain precise patient records while strictly adhering to OSHA and infection control safety protocols.
Team Collaboration: Partner with doctors and back-office team members to ensure smooth daily patient flow across all operatories.
What We Are Looking For
Licensure (Required): Active Arizona Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) License.
Certifications (Required): Active Arizona Local Anesthesia Certification and Dental Laser Certification.
Patient-Centered Approach: Strong communication skills, an empathetic chairside manner, and an absolute dedication to high-quality patient care.
Team Player: Positive, dependable, and collaborative attitude with strong attention to clinical detail.
