If you've got 3-5 years turning wrenches on residential HVAC systems and you can also look a homeowner in the eye and earn the sale — not push it, earn it — we want to talk.
What you'll be doing:
- Diagnosing and repairing residential heating and cooling systems with speed and precision
- Walking customers through what's wrong, what it costs, and why — in plain English, no jargon-dumping
- Presenting repair and replacement options with the kind of honesty that turns a one-time call into a customer for life
- Representing SwiftPro's name on every doorstep — clean work, clean truck, clean reputation
- 3-5+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience
- EPA 608 certification
- The rare combo of strong technical chops and strong people skills — you can fix the system and close the sale
- A self-starter who takes ownership of the job from arrival to final handshake
- A clean driving record and the grit to do this work right, every time

ÂCompensation
- Pay: $28–$35/hour plus bonus, based on experience, ability and certifications
- Full-time W-2, paid weekly, overtime at 1.5x for hours over 40 in a workweek
- PTO accruing 2 hours per pay period (80-hour rollover) and six paid holidays
