Ted Britt Ford Lincoln is looking for a motivated and dependable Virginia State Inspector / Emissions Inspector to join our growing service team.

What You'll Do
- Perform Virginia State Safety Inspections in accordance with state regulations
- Conduct emissions inspections and testing
- Identify and document vehicle safety concerns accurately
- Communicate inspection findings clearly to service advisors
- Perform light maintenance and repair work as needed
- Maintain inspection certifications and stay current on state requirements
- Ensure all inspection paperwork and documentation is completed accurately
- Assist in maintaining efficient vehicle flow throughout the service department
- Uphold dealership and manufacturer standards for quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Current Virginia State Inspector License required
- Current Virginia Emissions Inspector Certification required
- Previous automotive service experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
