Home Health Clinical Supervisor (Registered Nurse)

Overview

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time Supervisor of Clinical Services position in home health care. This role is also known as a Home Health Clinical Manager.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Requirements

• Current, active Virginia RN license

• At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience in Medicare home health, including experience with OASIS documentation

• Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) experience

• Familiarity with CMS guidelines and Joint Commission (JCAHO) surveys

• Authorization to work in the United States; employer-sponsored work visas are not available for this position
