In this leadership role, you will manage the day-to-day wireless instructor team, work directly with the client to drive training requirements, and ensure the flawless execution of our comprehensive curriculum. You will bridge the gap between tactical intelligence operations and state-of-the-art, multi-domain synthetic training environments. As a Discipline Lead, you will bring your tactical experience delivering intelligence support to operations to work alongside the thought leaders in multi-domain, multi-effect, multi-player synthetic training environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day wireless instructor team, mentoring personnel and ensuring high-quality instructional delivery.
  • Pipeline Management: Direct the overall execution and strategic development of the mobile network training pipeline.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with the client to identify, evaluate, and drive evolving training requirements.
  • Diverse Delivery: Leverage your knowledge across a wide range of delivery mechanisms including scenario and training event creation, academic delivery, weekly skill facilitation, and real-world rehearsal support.
  • Tradecraft Expansion: Run operational exercises to teach, mentor, and motivate students while expanding vital U.S. government intelligence tradecraft training.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with tactical SIGINT.
  • 3+ years of experience with wireless theories, technologies, and protocols.
  • 3+ years of experience in the design, development, administration, and implementation of a technical trade craft training program.
  • Proven experience working with other Intelligence Community partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to train others in the U.S. government on specialized trade craft and technical topics.
  • Proven ability to run operational exercises to teach, mentor, and motivate students.
  • Ability to travel to CONUS locations up to 15% of the time.

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
  • Experience providing SIGINT collection and geolocation training.
  • Ability to act as a role player in training scenarios.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.
  • Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
