There’s reason why the majority of our Sous Chefs and Managers were promoted from within!!  We believe in 49% technical know-how, 51% people skills.   What we're looking for in a Prep Cook:   Knife skills, range of cooking methods Attention to detail Cleanliness and organization is important to you Use correct tools to prepare all items in accordance with our recipes, plate presentation, and specifications Maintain clean area by following sanitation and safety standards Ensure product quality, quantity, appearance, and temperature. Set up equipment, verification of stock, readying product for business Physical Requirements of a Cook •    Able to lift 25-50 lbs.  •    Exert fast-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours in length What can we offer you?
