General Manager-QSR

Ready to lead two brands under one roof? A well-established, family-run franchise organization with more than 100 restaurants across the Southeast is looking for an experienced General Manager to run a high-volume KFC/Taco Bell dual-brand location in Charleston.

What You'll Do

• Run the full P&L for a dual-brand KFC/Taco Bell restaurant: sales, labor, food cost, and controllables
  
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a strong team of shift leaders and crew
  
• Deliver fast, friendly, accurate service across both brands at once
  
• Uphold brand standards for food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence
  
• Build a culture where team members are treated like family and guests feel it
  
• Drive results through owner-minded decisions and day-to-day urgency
  

What You Bring

• Required: Previous General Manager experience running a dual-unit or dual-brand QSR
  
• Proven track record of hitting sales, labor, and food cost targets
  
• Strong people leadership, with a history of developing managers and reducing turnover
  
• Comfort with a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  
• ServSafe certification, or the ability to obtain it
  
• Reliable transportation and open availability
