Property Specialist

Wage - $21.26 per hour

Schedule – Full Time, 8hr shifts, Monday – Friday

What you will be doing: You’ll be responsible for assisting in property control functions, maintaining records of all company and government equipment, consumable property and assisting with accurate reporting of all property information submitted to the government, in compliance with government and management directives.

Essential Functions: 

1. Inventory of all center equipment and supplies, and reconciliation of the inventory to property records. 
2. Control storage of all accountable and consumable property, prepare and control property requirement lists. 
3. Monitor purchase requisitions for accountable property. 
4. Conduct excess prerty screening activities. 
5. Control property/equipment  repairs.
6. Audit government property for proper tags and stickers. 

Education and Experience Requirements: 

• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• Three (3) years of related experience. 
• A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
