How You Will Make An Impact

  • Lead architectural project teams through planning, design, documentation, bidding, construction administration, and closeout.
  • Direct the technical execution of projects while maintaining design intent, quality standards, budgets, and schedules.
  • Develop comprehensive architectural drawings, specifications, project manuals, and coordinated construction documents.
  • Coordinate architectural work with multidisciplinary consultants, contractors, clients, reviewing agencies, and internal teams.
  • Establish scopes, schedules, budgets, assignments, and priorities for project teams.
  • Delegate and oversee work performed by architects, designers, technicians, and administrative support professionals.
  • Apply architectural principles and sound technical judgment to resolve design and construction challenges.
  • Manage multiple concurrent assignments while maintaining deadlines and project-quality expectations.
  • Participate in client and project meetings and clearly communicate architectural recommendations and project decisions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, technical standards, knowledge sharing, and mentorship across the architecture practice.

Requirements

Do You Have the Expertise to Lead in Architectural Project Delivery?

  • Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture from an accredited architectural program.
  • 10+ years of relevant architectural experience.
  • Registered Architect or completion of the NCARB Program.
  • Strong proficiency with Revit Architecture and complementary architectural design and production tools.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the complete architectural project lifecycle, from project development and scoping through design and construction.
  • Experience independently developing and coordinating complete architectural project documentation.
  • Ability to prepare and coordinate project manuals and specifications.
  • Experience leading architectural teams and assigning work across architects and technical staff.
  • Strong understanding of project scopes, budgets, schedules, technical coordination, and project delivery.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary and multi-office teams.
  • Strong client-facing communication and experience working with consultants, contractors, reviewing officials, and other project stakeholders.
  • Sound judgment, delegation, time management, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt as project and business requirements evolve.
  • Ability to travel to project sites as project needs require.
