What You’ll DoÂ
You’ll be out in the field keeping our network strong, reliable, and ready for anything:Â
Troubleshoot and repair HFC (Hybrid Fiber-Coaxial) networks Â
Test and optimize signal performance Â
Maintain key network equipment (nodes, fiber systems, power supplies)Â Â
Perform fiber splicing and activation Â
Handle outages and support emergency restoration Â
Conduct preventative maintenance and system balancing Â
Identify signal leakage and ensure compliance Â
Support network expansion and serviceability Â
Deliver excellent customer service while representing WOW! professionallyÂ
Â
What You BringÂ
Experience in maintenance, troubleshooting/repairing in HFC networks is highly preferredÂ
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customersÂ
Enjoy working outdoors and staying active Â
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Â
Comfortable learning technical skills and using tools Â
Ability to explain things clearly to customers Â
Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, on-call rotation)Â Â
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Â
