Pay: $30–$40/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: 4/10s, Monday–Thursday

Skillforce is currently hiring experienced Pipefitters for commercial and industrial projects in Charleston, SC. This position is ideal for skilled pipefitters looking for steady work on a Monday–Thursday schedule with the potential for long-term employment.

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and maintain piping systems on commercial and industrial projects
• Layout and fit pipe according to blueprints, specifications, and project requirements
• Cut, thread, bevel, and prepare pipe for installation
• Install valves, fittings, supports, and related piping components
• Read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and piping layouts
• Perform quality checks to ensure proper fit and installation
• Follow all jobsite safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Requirements

• Proven commercial or industrial pipefitting experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and piping drawings
• Experience with various pipe, fittings, valves, and related components
• Ability to use common pipefitting tools and equipment
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
• Ability to work 10-hour shifts Monday–Thursday
