Pay Range:

Essential Functions


  • Develops and ensures teammates are in compliance with policies and procedures as defined by all applicable regulatory agency standards.
  • Manages integration of clinical quality within multiple resources required to function within the department
  • Ensures Training and Education programs for all employees to meet requirements for effective operation as measured by full compliance with and passing of all audits. Includes development and maintenance of 'standard operating procedures'.
  • Manages all financial operations including development of annual operating budgets.
  • Works cooperatively to meet regulatory, corporate compliance and other government standards as required.
  • Develops and coordinates a strategic plan as needed for department.
  • Responsible for developing and executing strategies for Access Optimization including technology identification and deployment, standardized workflows and process management.
  • Creates strong partnerships with key stakeholders for service offerings and operational design with implementation (IT, Marketing, Business Development, Strategy, Quality, Operations, etc.)
  • Leads team responsible for provider schedules, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and leveraging technology to enhance access, efficiency, and patient experience.
  • Drives continuous process improvement and workflow optimization, proactively identifying opportunities to streamline operations and support enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Optimizes access by leveraging innovation, collaboration, and data-driven insights to ensure patients experience seamless entry for services while expanding availability and equity of care.
  • Supports build and operationalization of access tools and workflows within new care models across the enterprise.
  • Partner with IT to identify and deploy technology to drive efficiency for scalability of ambulatory non-clinical navigation chassis with care coordination, product portfolio and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to champion innovation and scalability in scheduling systems supporting organizational growth and enterprise performance goals.
  • Develop, mentor, and retain high-performing teams while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.


Physical Requirements
Work requires walking, standing, sitting and lifting. Must lift a minimum of 10 pounds. Must speak English in simple, understandable terms and have an intact sense of sight and hearing. Must be able to be mobile within the entire healthcare system and other facilities that participate in the Oncology Research studies.

Education, Experience and Certifications

Bachelor's Degree required

Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field, preferred

Exp. directing high level clinical, financial, and regulatory managers required.


Preferred Qualifications: 


  • 7-10 years of healthcare leadership experience, including ambulatory operations, patient access, scheduling, access management, or operational improvement.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and large-scale operational initiatives across complex health systems.
  • Strong knowledge of ambulatory scheduling workflows, provider template management, capacity planning, and access optimization strategies.
  • Experience partnering with physician leaders, service line executives, operations leaders, and information technology teams.
  • Experience utilizing operational, financial, and access performance data to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Demonstrated success leading organizational change and driving adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Epic Cadence experience strongly preferred; Epic accreditation or certification preferred.
  • Excellent executive communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
