Position Summary • Provide individual therapy—and family therapy when appropriate—in office or school‑based settings • Deliver services through in‑person or telehealth formats based on client needs • Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with Medicaid 8C policy and MCO standards • Support clients through high‑quality, evidence‑informed outpatient treatment   Essential Duties • Provide individual and family therapy through in‑person or telehealth sessions • Complete documentation within required timeframes per Medicaid Coverage Policy 8C • Maintain compliance with all outpatient service standards and MCO guidelines • Oversee administrative tasks including intakes, authorizations, reauthorizations, and productivity requirements • Respond promptly and professionally to new referrals and ensure all stakeholders remain informed • Participate in supervision, CEUs, and agency‑required training to maintain licensure • Perform additional duties as assigned Equal Employment Opportunity Turning Point Homes, LLC is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.
