Title: Landscaper

Reports to: Director of Horticulture

Summary of Position: 

To perform a variety of tasks of landscape maintenance on the clubhouse grounds and golf course. Must be able to work as a team member to ensure the greens are kept in excellent condition. 

Duties & Responsibilities: 

Team player who takes pride in themselves and in their job performance.

General landscape maintenance of clubhouse grounds and ornamentals throughout the golf course.

Perform installation and maintenance of annuals, perennials, shrubs, and small trees. 

Complete essential tasks such as pruning, fertilizing, watering, mulching, weeding, and other common landscape practices.

Maintain interior and exterior containers and hanging baskets. 

Operate small gas-powered landscape equipment such as tillers, blowers, hedge-trimmers, etc.

Minor irrigation repair and installation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• A minimum of one year experience is preferred. 
• Knowledge of the tools, turf equipment, methods and practices  of grounds and turf maintenance on golf course grounds and facilities preferred. 
• Ability to work under varied climatic conditions. 
• Ability to provide courteous service to the public. 
• Ability to work well with others. 
• Valid driver’s license.
