Conducts and leads group activities to support treatment goals; ensures that the Person-Centered Plan is created, modified, and reviewed as appropriate through the Child and Family Team; provides agency vehicle transportation as needed. QualificationsEducation AND Experience  B.A or B.S. or an Associates Degree in Social Work or a related human service field required.. Qualified Professional (QP) - 2 – 4 years of experience in child mental health and/or day treatment.  Familiarity in MS Office applications preferred. Valid Driver's license in state of residency.
