The Recruiting Coordinator at the Whitewater Center is responsible for overseeing the recruitment and hiring of hourly employees. The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for facilitating positive and energizing interactions with Whitewater employees and prospective hires, full-cycle recruitment for seasonal and part-time employees, and serves as the key contact for candidates ensuring a seamless, positive applicant experience. This individual must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position is an on-site, full-time, benefits eligible role that reports directly to the Human Resources Generalist.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for seasonal and part-time employees, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
  • Oversee applicant tracking and maintain accurate candidate status throughout the recruiting lifecycle
  • Manage interview scheduling and hiring calendars
  • Partner with department heads to ensure job postings are current and aligned with hiring needs
  • Meet staffing and hiring goals set by department leadership
  • Develop a strong understanding of all seasonal and part-time roles across the organization
  • Plan, coordinate, and attend recruiting events (on-site and off-site)
  • Support the development and execution of job fairs and hiring initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruiting
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite programs.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in ADP Workforce Now or a similar HR information system.
  • Experience supporting high-volume or seasonal hiring


Physical Demands

  • Must be able to work outdoors for sustained periods of time in all weather and environmental conditions. 
  • Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds. 
  • Must be able to bend, stand, lean, and kneel on a regular basis and for sustained periods of time.
  • Must be able to safely self-transport over uneven terrain or in a confined space.
  • Must be able to work in shared spaces with other employees and customers.
  • All positions as Whitewater require employees to report and work onsite at Whitewater locations.
