What You'll Do

Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 2–6 by:

Teaching communication, social, play, and daily living skills
Encouraging independence and confidence
Tracking progress and celebrating milestones
Partnering with families and clinical teams
Creating a positive, engaging learning environment

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required (college coursework preferred)
Positive, dependable, and compassionate attitude
Passion for working with children
Ability to pass a background check and complete CPR training
Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification (training provided)
