Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive research on zoning laws, regulations, and restrictions
  • Interpret zoning maps, codes, and ordinances
  • Prepare and submit zoning applications and documents
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local municipalities
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to meet time sensitive deadlines
  • Open to feedback and professional development
  • Maintaining a flexible work schedule
  • At least two years of experience in zoning industry
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of zoning ordinances and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both face-to-face and virtually
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, GIS or similar software
