The Server takes pride in every plate served, greeting each customer with a warm welcome! Daily tasks include: taking guest orders, food prep, ensuring freshness of all products, setting up/maintaining of supplies - all key components of the restaurant’s success ensuring Guest satisfaction!

Responsibilities:

Previous retail or customer contact experience, restaurant industry preferred.
Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.
Cleans and organizes work stations and other assigned areas to help maintain the standards for restaurant image.
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests.
Ability to work on your feet for 8 or more hours a day.
Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills.
Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds at a time on a regular basis.

Requirements:

Reliable Transportation
Background Check
Flexibility of Schedule
21 yrs of age preferred
TIPS certification (at completion of training)
Months to a year working in a FOH position in a full service restaurant
Has an interest in beer, wine and cocktail knowledge
Is willing to lift and carry up to 20 lbs
Has physical stamina for minimum 6 hour shift
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Ability to train individuals
Learner/Coachable
