A Busser is an attentive, efficient, and organized individual able to quickly clean and maintain a welcoming restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:

Greets and seats guests implementing first time guest protocols
Communicates features and promotions
Delivers food to tables
Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of tables, dining room, and restrooms
Performs daily opening and closing duties
Communicates restaurant operational needs to managers
Maintains a helpful, productive working relationship with the Dish Machine Operator
Participates in and maintains positive relationships across Front and Back of House teams
Participates in ongoing restaurant training and scheduled restaurant events

Requirements:

Is willing to lift and carry up to 20 lbs
Has physical stamina for minimum six-hour shift
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Ability to train individuals
Learner/Coachable
