Job Summary

This position is a part-time, event-based role, with a primary duration from April-September, with special events during the offseason period. 

 

Job Summary: Detail-oriented hospitality professional providing administrative and operational support for the Premium Department, ensuring suites are fully prepared, stocked, and serviced to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Skilled in coordinating staffing, managing inventory, supporting food and beverage distribution, and maintaining high standards of presentation, safety, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for clerical functions and administrative support of Premium Department
  • Ensures that suites are set-up prior to guest arrival and that established food presentation and quantities are met
  • Ensures all suites in designated area are properly set before guests arrive
  • Works closely with suite attendants and culinary staff to ensure proper presentation and set food quantities are met
  • Responsible for food/beverage distribution from the pantry to suites
  • Pantry product inventory and offerings, and other related duties
  • Ensures all food or beverage is distributed from pantry in a timely fashion
  • Maintains and performs product inventory
  • Understands menu offerings
  • Creates, modifies, or closes individual sale checks via electronic tablet
  • Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with co-workers
  • Adheres to all safety and sanitation policies
  • Follows responsible alcohol service policies
  • Performs other duties as assigned

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Must be detail oriented
  • Must have the ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
  • Ability to analyze and problem solve
  • Must be flexible to work varying hours
