Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care and complete patient assessments
Develop and manage individualized care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Educate and support patients and their families
Assist patients throughout their rehabilitation and recovery

Active Virginia RN or Compact License
Current BLS/CPR certification
ACLS preferred
CRRN preferred
1+ year of rehabilitation hospital experience preferred
