Our Dishwashers are responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the kitchens, and have tremendous opportunities for growth, including the potential to train and develop new skills in food preparation and more! What Youll Do: Maintain a clean kitchen and organized dish area; Properly wash, sanitize, and sort soiled dishes; Properly stack and store china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers; Maintain clean and dry floors throughout the shift; Set up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks; Change water of dish machines and sinks every two hours or as required by business levels, and properly use chemical dilutions set by EcoLab; Maintain trash cans throughout shift and remove full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift or as business levels permit; Assist in food prep and any other duties set forth or requested by the chef as needed; Work alongside and learn from experienced and knowledgeable chefs, including Executive Chef Michael Matarazzo, CEC, and Executive Sous Chef Charles Figueroa, CEC and 2019 winner of the U.S.A. Chef of Year AwardQualifications: Qualifications:After training, must be able to: Perform all essential duties listed above, and understand and follow safety and sanitation rules and procedures, instructions for equipment use, and MSDS (material safety data sheets) Physical requirements include bending, twisting, lifting up to 50 lbs., carrying up to 30 lbs., reaching and stacking up to 4 ft. high.
