We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our facility operations within the Real Estate and Property Management sector. Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate daily maintenance activities across multiple properties, ensuring timely completion of repairs and preventive maintenance tasks.
Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to maintenance staff, promoting professional growth and adherence to best practices.
Manage and optimize HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance, energy efficiency, and compliance with safety regulations.
Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance schedules and protocols to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of building assets.
Supervise the procurement of parts, tools, and equipment while maintaining accurate inventory records and controlling budget expenditures.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards, address code violations, and ensure all work meets industry safety standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving complex maintenance issues and coordinating with external vendors when necessary.

Requirements:

Proven experience in property maintenance, with a strong focus on HVAC systems and building infrastructure.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including a track record of managing teams and mentoring junior staff members.
Deep technical knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical troubleshooting, and general building repairs.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with property managers, tenants, and team members.
Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call rotations for emergency situations.
Relevant certifications or trade licenses in maintenance, HVAC, or related fields are highly preferred.
