Description
The position will assist with the daily golf operations; including but not limited to member relations, and to provide other services to ensure an exceptional golf experience. Outside staff is highly important because often it鈥檚 the first and last people the members and guests interact with.
Requirements
Essential:
路 Valid driver鈥檚 license.
路 Strong communication & leadership skills.
路 Proven ability to:
-Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
-Prioritize and organize.
-Resolve problems calmly, using good judgment.
-Work independently.
-Understand customer service needs and solve them proactively.
-Work effectively with managers and co-workers.
-Work under stress in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable:
路 Basic golf knowledge preferred.
路 Previous experience working at a golf course.
Essential Job Functions:
- Efficiently manage the commencement of golfer rounds by providing information relevant to the current course conditions, cart rules, playing advice for the course, etc
- Professionally assemble cart fleet in staging area each day before business begins, checking each cart is correctly stocked and clean
- Coordinate with Pro Shop for specific duties for day鈥檚 business levels, practice range requirements, group鈥檚 special needs for events, etc
- Prepare assigned workstation for day鈥檚 duties- Bag drop, Starter, Cart attendant or Range attendant- perform duties listed below for shift commencement/daily preparations
- Keeping a positive attitude and going above and beyond, while setting the example of the highest quality of service
