Job Description

Position: Field Quality & Supplier Quality Engineer Location: Chaska, MN (Onsite) Start Date: Immediate Interview Mode: Phone/Video

Responsibilities:

Perform field failure analysis on customer‑identified parts.
Verify correctness of reported quality issues.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on defective or related parts.
Implement immediate countermeasures to support production lines.
Segregate and measure on‑hold parts for quality validation.
Identify and drive permanent resolution measures.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to investigate and correct documentation/component issues.

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of GD&T, metrology, and measurement techniques.
Knowledge of RCA methods and 7QC tools.
Hands‑on experience in metrology and part manufacturing processes (machining, sheet metal).
Familiarity with electronic parts qualification and incoming part approval processes.
Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
