As a Packaging Technician, you will set up and operate packaging equipment in the final manufacturing stages of Lifecore products. During the course of your shift you will:

  • Set up and operate equipment that labels, seals and packages Lifecore products
  • Inspect Lifecore products
  • Document completed work during the packaging of the products
  • Practice proper precautions and procedures when handling chemicals
  • Participate in the review of Lifecore procedures
  • Identify and communicate quality issues
  • Acquire and maintain cleanroom and gowning qualifications

To qualify as a Packaging Technician, you'll need the following:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
  • The ability to comprehend and follow written operating procedures.
  • Able to lift 40 pounds
  • Able to stand for the majority of your shift
  • It's great if you also have at least 6 months of packaging experience, preferably in a medical device or equivalent regulated industry

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 3:15pm - 1:45am

Starting pay: $20.75/hour + $1.25/hour 2nd shift premium
