Location: On-site at McDade Lane, Chattanooga, TN
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Overtime/Weekends/On-Call as needed)
Requirements: High School Diploma/GED, 1+ year maintenance or grounds experience, valid driver's license, pass drug screen & background check, lift up to 50 lbs

What You’ll Do
As a Grounds Keeper (Groundskeeper / Grounds Maintenance Technician), you will maintain high standards of quality and appearance across the facility.
Assist with general facility upkeep, grounds maintenance, and exterior prep work.
Perform basic repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
Complete grounds and maintenance work orders accurately using hand tools and power equipment.
Operate company vehicles safely and assist with preventive equipment maintenance.
What You Bring To The Team
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in a grounds or maintenance role.
Practical skill using hand/power tools for minor repairs.
Ability to stand, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
