The goal is always the same: every guest leaves feeling entirely cared for!Core Responsibilities  Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and help locate store items. Register Operations: Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, scan merchandise, and process cash, and credit transactions. Cash Handling: Count drawer funds at the start and end of shifts, calculate exact change, and reconcile daily sales. Store Maintenance: Stock shelves, face products, and keep the counter and checkout areas neat. Ancillary Tasks:  handle basic returns, any assigned duties or assist with light cleaning.Qualifications: Education: High school diploma, GED, or current student status preferred. Skills: Basic math and counting skills, clear communication, and comfort learning a cash register. Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 25–30 pounds.
