Job DetailsJob Location: Chehalis PCLI - Chehalis, WA 98532Salary Range: $24.60 - $26.12 HourlyOBJECTIVE In a positive and cheerful manner, support and work alongside the Lead RN and other assistants to provide an outstanding patient experience. Work with the team to provide a comfortable, non-stressful environment for the smooth flow of patients throughout the admission, anesthesia and discharge stages of each patient’s surgical experience. Assure that the PCLI philosophy of quality and caring treatment of patients and staff is upheld in all daily surgical activities and use your relationship with patients to help instill confidence in the care they receive. REPORTS TO Corporate Surgery Manager STATUS Part Time (Up to 23 hours per week) Generally, one to two days a week SCHEDULE Monday – Thursday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Friday 8:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Availability to work within these days and hours REQUIRED: Monday-Thursday 6:00 am-6:00 pm SKILLS REQUIRED Attention to detail Excellent written and oral communication Knowledge and comfort with Microsoft Office programs & EHR/EMR products, keyboarding Good listening skills Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Pleasant, caring, cooperative attitude The ability to work with a team and to achieve common goals PHYSICAL ABILITIES Ability to lift 50 pounds Reach and stoop Climb stairs Acute hearing Good hand-eye coordination Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with occasional long hours with limited breaks ADDITIONAL TRAINING WA Medical Assistant License fee provided BENEFITS Hourly pay to travel plus liberal travel incentives Travel day meal Profit Sharing 401(k) Plan with generous 50% company match Differential Pay of 20% Sick Leave LifeBalance Employee Assistance Program Eligible for free refractive surgery *Driving record and background check upon offer for employment*
