Job Role: Executive – Sales andMarketing

Work Hours: 9 AM to 6:30 PM(Weekend follow-ups may be required as needed)

Work Days: Monday to Friday +Saturday Half Day

Work Type: Full-time, Hybrid (2 Days Office / 4 Days WFH)

Work Location: Adyar, Chennai

Role Description: Executive – Sales& Marketing will be responsible for lead generation through LinkedIn anddigital marketing, planning and executing email marketing campaigns, using CRMtools, designing creatives using Canva and basic photo/video editing forpromotions. The role will also involve responding to inbound leads, convertingwarm leads into hot, sales ready leads, sending followup emails and businessproposals, negotiating commercial terms, closing deals, and securing PurchaseOrders (PO).

Responsibilities:

MARKETING

  • Lead generation through LinkedIn and digital marketing
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns
  • Versatility in using CRM tools
  • Design creatives using Canva and similar tools
  • Basic photo / video editing for promotions

SALES

  • Respond promptly to inbound leads
  • Convert warm leads into hot, sales ready leads
  • Send followup emails and business proposals
  • Negotiate commercial terms with prospects
  • Close deals and secure Purchase Orders (PO)


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  • Minimum 1 to 4 years in B2B sales / marketing (industrial, sustainability or capital equipment preferred)
  • Working knowledge of LinkedIn campaigns, email tools & CRM systems
  • Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools
  • Strong written communication & negotiation skills
  • Self-drivenand comfortable owning both marketing and closing
