Job Title: HR Compliance
Job Location: Chennai / Hosur / Gujarat / Assam
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Handle PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, and other statutory labour law compliances
• Handle compliance under the Factories Act and Shops & Establishments Act
• Manage CLRA and ISMW compliance activities
• Coordinate internal and external compliance audits
• Maintain statutory registers, records, and returns
• Liaise with government authorities and labour officials
• Handle NATS & NAPS registrations and apprenticeship coordination
• Support payroll processing, attendance, and employee data management
• Maintain HRIS records and HR documentation
• Coordinate contractor compliance and statutory documentation
Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws and Factory Compliance
• Experience in audit handling and statutory documentation
• Knowledge of payroll coordination and compliance processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS systems
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong documentation and record management abilities
Qualification & Experience:
• MBA (HR) / MSW / MHRM / PG Diploma in Labour Law or relevant qualification
• 2 to 10 years of experience in HR Compliance / Labour Compliance
• Experience in Manufacturing / Industrial Establishments preferred
