We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, explain suitable products and services, generate leads, and convert opportunities into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and services
Generate and qualify leads through calls and other channels.
Follow up with prospects and drive leads towards closure
Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, product information, and order processing
Handle customer queries and provide relevant information
Maintain accurate CRM and sales activity records
Achieve individual and team sales targets

Requirements

Freshers with good communication skills and interest in sales can apply.
Candidates with experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Tele calling, Customer Support, BDE, or Lead Generation are preferred
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
English and Hindi communication is mandatory; English with any regional language is preferred
Strong convincing, negotiation, follow-up, and customer-handling skills
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven approach
