Technical Leadership

Lead a team of software engineers and provide technical direction, guidance, and mentoring.
Own technical design and architecture decisions for applications and services.
Conduct design and code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
Define coding standards, development practices, and technical guidelines.
Identify technical risks, dependencies, and areas for improvement.
Participate in estimation, planning, sprint ceremonies, and technical discussions.

Software Development

Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications using Python.
Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
Design modular, reusable, and testable software components.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide effective solutions.
Perform performance optimization, debugging, and root-cause analysis.

Database & Data Technologies

Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, DynamoDB, or Redis is desirable.
Design efficient database schemas, queries, indexes, and data-access layers.
Understand caching, transaction management, and database performance optimization.
