Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the interior design, furniture, or luxury goods sectors.• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage profit and loss effectively.• Proficiency in retail management software and general office applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Interior Design, or a related field.• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within a retail environment.• A genuine passion for interior design and an understanding of current market trends.• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.• Fluency in English , Hindi and Tamil; knowledge of other local languages is a plus.
