Milestone LLC is a mental health services provider delivering outpatient therapy, substance abuse counseling, clinical supervision, and community-based treatment support. As an ACT Team Psychiatrist, you will play an important clinical role in supporting adults with serious mental illness through community-based treatment. This position is focused on providing psychiatric expertise within the Assertive Community Treatment Team and partnering closely with other care professionals to help clients receive thoughtful, coordinated mental health care.

Responsibilities
  • Prescribe medication to mental health clients in the Assertive Community Treatment Team.
  • MD or DO.
  • Active Virginia medical license and active DEA registration.
  • Experience prescribing psychiatric medications for adults with serious mental illness.
  • Strong experience with clinical documentation and conducting risk assessments in mental health settings.
  • Background in community-based mental health care and experience collaborating within a multidisciplinary ACT team.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Board certification or board eligibility in Psychiatry is a plus.
