Oceaneering’s Marine Services Division (MSD) in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a highly skilled Inside Machinist Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our machine shop. We are a precision manufacturing company specializing in medium-sized, complex, and mission-critical components. Our work is non-repetitive, high-tolerance, and often governed by stringent technical and quality standards. This role requires a hands-on leader with deep technical expertise, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage a dynamic, high-stakes environment. This role may require overtime.
