About the Role
We're looking for a thoughtful, patient-focused Neurologist to practice broad, high-quality neurology within a supportive, multidisciplinary team. You'll diagnose and manage a wide range of conditions β including headache disorders, epilepsy, movement disorders, neuromuscular disease, stroke, cognitive disorders, and sleep-related neurological conditions β while working closely with our sleep medicine specialists, behavioral health providers, and clinical staff to deliver truly coordinated care.

Minimum Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Completion of an accredited Neurology residency
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology
- Valid, unrestricted U.S. medical license (active Virginia license or ability to obtain one)
- Demonstrated clinical experience evaluating and managing neurological conditions
- Willingness to work on-site at our Hampton Roads, VA locations
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive neurological evaluations β histories, exams, and diagnostic study interpretation
- Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of neurological disorders
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Collaborate with sleep medicine specialists, behavioral health providers, and technologists for coordinated care
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and lifestyle changes
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support quality improvement initiatives
- Stay current with emerging research, technologies, and neurology best practices
