What You'll Do

  • Welcome customers as they arrive at the dealership's service drive with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Greet customers promptly and assist with directing them to the appropriate service advisor.
  • Help manage vehicle flow in the service lane to ensure an efficient check-in process.
  • Communicate customer arrival information to service advisors and dealership staff.
  • Answer basic customer questions and provide information about dealership services and amenities.
  • Escort customers to the waiting area and ensure they feel comfortable during their visit.
  • Coordinate with service, sales, and support staff to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service drive area.
  • Assist with parking and retrieving vehicles when needed.
  • Support the service team with administrative and customer service tasks as assigned.
  • Promote a positive dealership image through outstanding hospitality and professionalism.
  • Follow all dealership safety procedures and company policies.
