Position Summary: 

The Quality Improvement Coordinator develops, implements and leads organizational initiatives based on the principles of high reliability, patient safety, quality improvement, accreditation continuous readiness, and regulatory compliance; facilitates physician peer review process to monitor and improve clinical outcomes; supports hospital teams and committees by serving as a facilitator and internal subject matter expert. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs all duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values. 

 

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:   

Education: Bachelor's degree

Experience: Minimum three year's work experience in hospital quality, process improvement, regulatory compliance or other relevant healthcare field is required.  

Licensure: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Missouri is required.
