Birch Agency is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-person services for an FMLA leave coverage assignment in Chicago Ridge, Illinois. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive school environment and help students develop the communication skills necessary for academic and social success.

Responsibilities
Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized treatment plans
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students
Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings
Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers
Support students with speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and communication needs
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and district special education requirements
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist license required
Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) preferred or eligible
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
