Position Summary
ITE Management is seeking a motivated team member with strong financial analysis and FP&A skills to support its intermodal platform across chassis and container leasing. This role supports the following areas:Â

- Post-acquisition platform integrationsÂ
- Selective new investment diligence and executionÂ
Key Responsibilities
Asset Management & PerformanceÂ
- Analyze financial statements and track KPIs, utilization, and financial performance across chassis and container portfoliosÂ
- Support operating reviews and help track progress against key metricsÂ
- Assist in identifying operational and commercial improvement opportunitiesÂ
Integration ExecutionÂ
- Support workstreams across intermodal investment portfolio companiesÂ
- Support progress on systems, reporting, governance, and operating cadenceÂ
- Coordinate across internal teams and external partnersÂ
Deal & Post-Close ExecutionÂ
- Support investment due diligence and execution of add-on investmentsÂ
- Support post-close execution plans and integration trackingÂ
Data, Reporting & ProcessÂ
- Support the preparation of Board / IC materials and help maintain Delegation of Authority documentationÂ
- Build and maintain dashboards and portfolio viewsÂ
- Improve data integrity and reporting consistencyÂ
- Help develop workflows to support reporting and data processesÂ
Special ProjectsÂ
- Support analysis of opportunistic asset salesÂ
- Support fleet strategy and optimization initiativesÂ
- Strong ability to read and interpret financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) — a core requirement for this roleÂ
- 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, asset management, investing, banking, corporate finance, real estate, infrastructure, leasing, consulting, or a similar fieldÂ
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with a willingness to take initiativeÂ
- Comfortable across finance and operations, with familiarity in data analytics considered a plusÂ
- Able to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment with significant opportunity for growthÂ
