Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a full-time Cook to our Dietary Department at Baptist Medical South. This is a full time grill cook opportunity within our retail kitchen staff. Shift are primarily Monday through Friday, 12:00 pm-8:30pm with weekends as needed.
Cook I Job Responsibilities:Â
Measuring, mixing, portioning and cooking according to provided recipes and production charts for patients, guests, and staff.
Working clean, safe, and sanitary in accordance with department policies
Filling out all logs, production charts, cleaning schedules, etc assigned by management in accordance with department policies and procedures.
Experience Requirements:Â
Less than 1 year Food Service Experience Preferred
Less than 1 year Cooking Experience Preferred
Education & Credential Requirements:
High School Diploma (Prefered)
