In this role, you will: 

  • Manage data transformation and migration initiatives, including legacy system data migration to new platforms.  
  • Support the Empower enterprise transformation program and coordinate across related digital, AI, and data initiatives.  
  • Partner with the Chief Data Officer and senior leadership to execute the organization’s data modernization strategy.  
  • Coordinate with vendors managing active projects and assist with RFP processes for new initiatives.  
  • Collaborate with underwriting, IT, back-office teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and delivery.  
  • Track timelines, risks, and dependencies while ensuring projects stay on schedule.  
  • Prepare status reports and communicate progress to executive stakeholders and program leadership.

 

Who You Are: 

  • 7+ years of project management experience, with a focus on data transformation or data migration initiatives.  
  • Experience migrating legacy systems to modern data platforms.  
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Data Hub (EDH) environments or enterprise data architecture.  
  • Commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance experience required.  
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and supporting RFP processes.  
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to align business and IT leadership.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage fast-paced, complex transformation initiatives.  

     

Preferred Experience: 

  • Experience working within large enterprise transformation programs.  
  • Exposure to digital transformation, AI initiatives, or enterprise data modernization programs.
